ORDERS

You'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also check your order status by contacting support@cf508.com with your order number.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact support@cf508.com immediately. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping within EU takes 5โ€“7 business days. Preorder items take 6โ€“8 weeks total (production + shipping).

We ship worldwide. EU customers get free shipping over โ‚ฌ100. International customers may incur additional VAT and customs fees.

Contact us within 7 days at support@cf508.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Our garments are made from 100% premium cotton, pre-shrunk and designed for comfort and durability. All materials are ethically sourced.

Check our size guide on each product page. Measurements are provided in cm. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Yes. Machine wash cold with like colours, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain print quality and fabric integrity.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

14-day returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Email support@cf508.com to initiate. Refunds processed within 5โ€“7 days of receiving your return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Size exchanges are available within 14 days, subject to availability. Contact us to initiate. We'll send the new size once we receive your return. Shipping costs apply.

Custom and personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. Please double-check your customisation before ordering.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access your order history.
