RETURN POLICY

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition within 30 days of delivery. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

  • Unworn garments with all original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • No signs of wear, damage, or laundering
  • Complete with all accessories and documentation

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise
  • Products without original tags or packaging

RETURN PROCESS

INITIATE RETURN

Submit a return request by emailing returns@cf508.com with your order number and reason for return.

RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION

We will confirm eligibility and issue a return authorization via email within 24 hours.

SHIP YOUR ITEMS

Pack the authorised items securely in their original packaging and ship them at your expense to the address provided.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

EXCHANGES

SIZE EXCHANGE

Exchanges for a different size are accepted within 30 days. All exchange shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

COLOR EXCHANGE

Exchange for an alternative colour if available. Please follow the standard return and repurchase process; shipping costs apply.

Price differences may apply

STORE CREDIT

Opt for store credit instead of a refund for expedited processing and a bonus 10% credit. Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.

PROCESSING TIME

5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS

All return and exchange shipping costs are non-refundable and are to be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers outside the domestic region must cover return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duty fees.
